TRICK 1. A good card trick. I MUST WARN YOU!! too many card tricks can be hazardous to YOUR health!! Yes, too many, and your audiance will want to kill you. Don't base your entire career on them. Don't do it. Just a friendly warning. Okay, now for the trick. In this trick, you will have a spectator select a card, and mix it into the deck. Yet when they are laid out onto the table, you stab a knife down directly onto the card!

• First take the ace through ten out of the deck and have them any suit you want. Just arrange them 5,4,3,2,Ace,10,9,8,7,6, and place that on top of the deck. Do this before you start.
• Next, (before your audience)take the deck and tell your spectators to cut it. Then put the bottom half on top of the top half.
• Then, casually, look through the deck, explaining that you're just looking for a bunch of cards that "catch your eye". Those will be your little "bunch".
• Take them out and show your volunteer them, telling him (her) to just think of any card, and remember it!
• Cut the deck EXACTLY in half and put the bottom half on the top.
• Put the pack on top of the deck and hand it to your volunteer. Tell them to take from the bottom of the deck how many cards their card was worth. (e.g. The ace is 1 card, 2 is two cards...)
• Take the deck back and deal the cards out onto the table, counting up to the 11 card. The 11 card is your volunteer's card. Remember where you put it. When you are finished, take a knife, and as if sensing vibrations, direct the knife to the card and stab down onto it.
• Show them the card, and the trick is over, WOW!!

This is a nice impromtu trick to perform at a restaurant or something.
