To get Crowley
Search the southern walls in Qlon cave. He will join when you have about 90 stars. The best way to tell is to get in the boat and return to the castle. If it changed (after Qlon) you can get him.
To get Clive
Go to the inn at Rikon right before the last battle. Or after you find the Old Book that mentions him.
To get Pesmerga
After you kill Neclord and Tengaar joins you, leave the castle grounds to the world map. Come back and Zorack should be gone. Reclimb the castle and Pesmerga is where Neclord was.
To get Lester
Go to Kirov. See the houses conected to the clothes line? Taste the stew in each house. Now go to Kun To's
house (the big one). Lester is there.
To keep Pahn alive
Right before you fight Teo, make sure that he is at about level 34 w/ weapon level
12 and the best armer from Chapman. The rest is chance and understanding Teo actions. If you lose reset it and try again.
To get Gremio back
Have ALL 108 characters ALIVE (excluding Gremio) by the last battle. Remember, if Pahn dies, so will Gremio stay.
To get Jabba
To find the Nameless Urn needed to recuit Jabba do this. Get into
random battles right outside of his town, Rikon. Sometimes you
will fight three Holly Faires and some little leaf things. After
beatting them they will often leave the Nameless Urn. Now take it to
Jabba!
