Yuffie:
To get Yuffie You Must Pass The Golden Saucer And Recieve The ATV. Go South And West Over The Second Shallow Water, On The North Side Of The River Stay In The Forest Fight Battles Till One Is Eventually Against A Ninja Girl, Yuffie. Beat Her, she is easy. When You Beat Her You will be on a plain. Don't touch the save point or even touch the menu screen. Go to talk to her. Choose The Bottom Option. Talk to her again. Choose the top. Then Bottom. Then Top. Then Bottom. You will leave and she will join you will then Name her.

Vincent:
Now Vincent Is Different. You get him in Nivelhelm. The city of cloud's flashback. After you get there with you whole party. Got to the mansion. Go in the door up the stairs. Turn Left. In The Next Area. Go to the safe, Put in this Combination. Right 36, Left 10, right 59,right to 97. It works like a real lock do it all exactly. Out pops the powerful Odin materia, and a monster. He Has 7000 hp and 300 mp.Use limit breaks and Healing magic and he is almost certainly toast. After he is gone get the key in the safe get Odin. And Go to the other end of the the building where the library is. On the door you could open before open it. Go to the purple coffin press O. and give the bottom answer. Then The bottom answer again. And you can name him.
