Warlock
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Good graphics, gameplay is well done, and the music is good. Cool items and other things to
use ; many different enemies. An average side scroller.
- : Extremely challenging. Way too hard.

Sub Terrania
Type : Shoot ‘em Up
+ : Incredible graphics, and the music is the BEST i've ever heard on a Genesis. Fun. Easy
enough for a beginner, and hard enough for a veteran. A good top - view shoot ‘em up. You
basicly go through caves and find mine workers, power - ups, and destroy monsters.
- : Controls are a bit tough to get used to.

Casltevania Bloodlines
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Fun, good music, great graphics. . .two different people to choose from, loads of different
weapons and powerups ; ones such as the flame whip. A very well done sequel to the Castlevania
series.
- : Can get a bit boring at some parts.

Contra Hard Corpse
Type : Side Scroller
+ : The best Contra game ever. . .multiple characters to choose from, multiple endings, a huge
variety of weopons, great graphics and some cool 3D effects. . .a game worth the price. 2
players. Grab a friend and blow everything into oblivion!!!!!
- : Can be really tough at times. . .actually, most of the times. . .if you don't know the enemies and
bosses patterns, you're screwed.

Zoop
Type : Puzzle
+ : A very addictive puzzle game, and at most times, at a VERY low price. You are a triangle in
the center, while weird colors and shapes try to invade your little center area. The main point is
to keep the strange looking colors away from the center. A Very addictive puzzle game that
could keep you hooked on longer than Tetris can.
- : No two player option. . .that would've been a cool thing. High score feature doesn't save
ANY high scores.
Rating :
Terminator 2 : The Arcade Game
Type : Shoot ‘em Up
+ : Cool game. OK graphics, great two player option, and it supports the menacer very well. Fun
for a little while. You scroll along and destroy everything in sight.
- : Many of the parts from the arcade were taken out, so I wouldn't say it's an EXACT replica of
the arcade. Music and sounds are not that great. Fun factor doesn't last that long.

Cyborg Justice
Type : Beat ‘em Up
+ : A great Final Fight type game, except you are cyborgs. Many special moves, including being
able to rip the other cyborgs in half ! ! ! Cool looking graphics and ok music. Grab a friend and
beat each other up in VS. Mode! A really good game.
- : Can get a bit repetitive. Music isn't very good in some stages.
Rating :
Batman & Robin
Type : Side Scroller / Shoot ‘em Up
+ : VERY well done graphics. The music is extremely well done too. 2 player mode. A few
different weapons and powerups. Fun. A good variety of different types of game play. At first,
it's a side view action game, then it takes you to a top view shoot ‘em up.
- : Gets a little boring once it comes to the shoot ‘em up part.
Rating :
Ghouls ‘n Ghosts
Type : Side Scroller
+ : A very well done sequel to the original Ghosts ‘n Goblins game. In this one, you walk around,
killing enemies (Like in most games). You get different types of armor in this one, along with the
huge amount of weapons to get. There's a two player mode, but it's not two player at the same
time (Which REALLY sucks). Fun. The graphics are well made when you consider the fact that
this game came out in 1989.
- : The music is what isn't that great.

Sonic The Hedgehog
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Good graphics, fun, cool bonus stages. Everyone knows what this is and what it's
about.
- : Nothing much that's bad!

Sonic The Hedgehog 2
Type : Side Scroller
+ : A lot like the first one, but the graphics and sounds are better. Two player VS mode is
included, and one player can play as Tails while the other player controls Sonic in a normal game.
Cooler looking loops and other things make this game better than the first.
- : Two player Co-op mode can be really tough.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Just like the first two. Better bonus stages, better two player VS mode, better loops and other
things, longer levels, bigger bosses. An overall better game than the first two. Tails can
fly in this one!
- : Noting really bad.
Rating :
Sonic & Knuckles
Type : Side Scroller
+ : A great game. Better than all of the previous Sonic games. You can hook sonic 2 & 3 up to
it, and you can play as Knuckles in both of them. If you have Sonic 1 attatched, you can play all
of the bonus stages to Sonic 3.
- : Overall though, there's really nothing much that is new, when you compare it to Sonic
3.

Shaq fu
Type : Fighting
+ : Lot's of characters, and some cool special moves. 2 player VS mode. A few different modes
to choose from. Better than the SNES version.
- : The control is horrible. I still don't know how to block either. . .
Menacer : 6 in 1 Cartridge
Type : Shooting
+ : 6 games in one. Average shooting games. One of them you shoot bugs while they try to get
your pizza which is in the center. Another features Toe Jam & Earl, and you take the place of
Toe Jam, shooting up enemies from the game. Another is Whack Bal ; A ball bounces around.
You are a big ball which can bounce the other ball around. The object is to hit the other ball
agtainst the wall, and light up all of the bricks. The other three are simple shooting game. Not
much variety in those three.
- : The fun only lasts so long. . .

The Lion King
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Great graphics, sounds, and music. It is based very well on the movie. It's fun for a little
while.
- : It's not that great of a game (Very challenging) . I mean, you walk around jumping on guys. .
.It's ok (In my point of view)

X - Men
Type : Side Scroller
+ : The X-Men come to your Genesis. You can choose from Almost all of the X-Men. Some of
the characters though, like Storm, are only special powers. You can't play as them regularly.
The graphics are ok, and the sound is average.
- : Way too hard. Bad two player support.

X - Men 2 : Clone Wars
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Very good graphics. 2 player support is much better than it is in the first. Easier, too. More
characters to choose from. More fun also. That's about it.
- : It's ok for a little while.

Primal Rage
Type : Fighting
+ : One of my most favorite fighting games. The graphics are very well done on this version, and
the music and sound effects are great also. All of the backrounds are complete in this version ,
unlike the SNES one. All of the fatalities were included also (Yes, even Chaos's pee
fatality!).
- : The game is quite hard without a genesis 6 button contoller.

Duel : Test Drive 2
Type : Racing
+ : A cool racing game, a lot like the old PC version. There are 4 or 5 different courses to choose
from (If I remembered correctly). You can choose from two or three different cars. It's not
anything like Daytona USQ, but more of like Out Run, except its first person point of view, you
can fall off cliffs, get caught by the cops, and have to stop for gas. It's made to feal more
realistic.
- : Graphics are pretty poor. I mean, I play my PC version a bit, and those EGA graphics don't
seem much more worse than the Genesis's colors.
