Nintendo Reveiws
Ninja Gaiden:
Type : Side Scroller
+ : The graphics are extremly well done, especially for the NES. And the graphics
on the cinematic scenes are even better. Good gameplay make this game easy to learn. Quite a
few special weapons to get, and they are awesome, especially the blade that you use as you jump,
and kill bosses in one hit! (Yes, even the last boss). The music is great also, which makes this
game a must - have.
- : You can't climb up the walls like in the 2nd one. That can make it challenging to
get used to for beginners. If you die at a boss, you have to start over at the very beginning of the
level, no matter how long it is (It REALLY stinks when you die at the last
boss).

Ninja Gaiden 2 : The Dark Sword of Chaos
Type : Side Scroller
+ : Graphics are better than the original, and the music is about just as good. Same
with the cinematic scenes, but they even seem to be better. Not as challenging as the first one, so
people won't get as frusterated trying to beat it. And instead of having to hop from one wall to
another to get up, you can just climb up them. That makes it MUCH
easier.
- : You still start over at the very beginning of the level if you die at a boss.
RATING :

Super Mario Brothers / Duck Hunt
Type : Shooting / Side Scroller ;
Action
+ : 3 games in one ; Super Mario Brothers ; Duck Hunt ; and Clay Shooting. Fun
for a little while. Quite a few secrets in Mario Brothers. A freebie with the purchase of ANY
NES.
- : Duck Hunt and Clay Shooting loose fun factor pretty quickly. Not much variety
for the shooting ones.
