Sega Saturn Reviews
Solar Eclipse
Type : Space Shoot 'em Up
+ : Inredible graphics (Triple the graphics from Corpse Killer on 32X; which were
pretty good; and that's what the movies are like in this. Great game play. You can scorch 30
levels, rossing 9 worlds.2 different ways to play, in first person point of veiw, or third person. A
few different weapons, including heat seeking missles. Huge bosses. An overall good game, and
agreat low price at Best Buy for $10 (That's how I got my copy!).
- : Extremely challenging. Not two players.

Darius Gaiden
Type : Shoot 'em Up
+ : The graphics are great when you compare this to the crummy version of Darius
Twin on SNES. Well, forget the comparison, this game is a hell of a lot better than any space
shooter out there (Well, maybe not Lords of Thunder).
The graphics are very good. The music is very good. The weapons are incredible! You can
powerup with 4 different types of weapons, with 4 or 5 levels of power. You also have a set of
missles that fires out also, and they can be powered up to heat seeking missles.
Even though this game is extremly hard, you get sheilds which could aid you a lot. There are
multiple endings, too. 2 players at the same time.
- : Really challenging.

Galactic Attack
Type : Shoot 'em Up
This Is The Game That Actually Has A Chance To Beat The Other Incredible Overhead
Space Shooter, Raiden.
+ : Very cool game in the Raiden style, but better. You get your normal fire power
as in any game, but you get lasers that lock onto objects or enemies that are below you. You
push the B button and launch them out, and the more enemies you have locked on at a time, the
more points you get.
Many other different levels of fire power too. Huge bosses. Two players at the same time.
Great game. (Now you go out and buy it!).
- : In two player mode, both players work off the same credits.

Fighting Vipers
Type : Fighting
+ : If you like VF2, you'll definately love this game. About the same amount of characters as in VF2 are in this games, but there's much more to it. There are no ring outs, you can bash guys through walls, get them stuck on top of barb wired fences (ouch), knock armor off, etc. 3 hidden characters, (4 in Japanese vers.) and different play modes. Kick Ass music, and TONS of combos. This is a Must Buy.
- : A few better SFX would have been nice.

Resident Evil
Type : Action / Adventure
+ : Pretty good graphics, still not perfect though. Easy to learn controls. Nice SFX and BGM sounds. Good, clear FMV sequences. Many Different Items and weapons to get. Lot's of gameplay involved ; in other words, it takes a long time to master and complete. Sega Saturn Exclusive : a new boss is added ; Not found in the PSX version.
- : Not as freaky as everyone says it is. The oppening sequence is some cheap, B rated sequence that anyone could have made (no offense or anything, Capcom). Some of the music and sound effects could have been improved. Graphics could have been really improved. I mean, the Saturn isn't THIS bad (Hell, it's better than the PSX). I expected more from this title.
