promoted as "Bug" free, and much easier to use than RA Edit. 

        Red Alert Edit-A graphical program that helps 
you make changes to the structures and units in Red Alert. This is a new version of
the program, still in beta. 
       
        RA Money Editing Help-This is a new file that 
lets you edit prices in Red Alert. It is not a program, it is a .txt file and 
a .ini file that help you threw the process.
