Jessie

Jessie is the member of team rocket whos always bossing the others around.im not sure where jessie comes from but she looks exactly like Jessibell (James' evil fiance), she attended Pokemon Tech and failed (with James), and started a biker gang (Big Jess). Her real name is Jessica. Her pokemon is Ekans which eventually evolves into Arbok. She also cares about what she looks like "How dare you mess this perfection, now you'll pay!"
