Command and Control

Germany

Principle one: Absolutely, positively, ALWAYS annihilate the U.K. Navy using all of your assets in the Luftwaffe and navy. Without it's navy, the mobility of the Royal Army and Royal Marines are greatly impaired.

Principle two: Put pressure on Karelia. The more assets you keep away from the east, the easier it is for Japan to absorb territory and make your job of getting to Russia much easier. Should the opportunity arise, use whatever is neseccary to take Karelia.

Principle three: Take Africa. Without a navy, the U.K. cannot easily ferry reinforcements to Africa. Beware the U.S.A. however. They can get troops over to Africa in one turn, as well as a bomber.

Principle four: Maintain the Luftwaffe. You must have loads of support from fighters and bombers when attacking the U.K., as the Royal Airforce will not just lie down and wait while your navy amasses.  You'll probably have three transports at most.
