Well, I have thought of a few more rules and regulations for the vote page, so that u can be quite clear as what to expect.

1) I have decided on a 1 vote maximum per MONTH basis instead of the old 1 votes per week basis due to my up coming studies, so i want to have more time for my studies.

2) Some of u have put the same characters in different positions, and i will make it clear that i will take the highest position of that character into consideration and ignore the others.

3) I am going to end the mailing list thing, as my address book is going to a all time high, so i need to reduce it. However, if u just like to make friends, by all means put all ur name and emails there.

4) I absolutely allows no double or triple votes and i reserve the rights to delete any votes as i see fit.

Due to the increase of the votes and my tight school schedule, i have no choice but to make the above rules. I am, after all, a human being, so please understand.
