Wow, two years later, a few years older, married.. some with kids.. Mudding just ain't what it used to be! :) Ronin is still going strong, slowing down with the advent of aging players, but recovering as more and more people (some who weren't even born when the mud started in 1994) start playing. I've been married two years myself and can hardly believe where the time has gone. As Hell has finally been implemented, we now have stepped back into the shadows and the mud again belongs to the younger generation, for now :). Someday, perhaps, the former members of a little clan known as Diabolik may return for the 10 year reunion.. Until then, we'll always be in the background watching! Of course, some of us still have to work here :P - August 2003.

Jarldian is one of the fearless leaders of Diabolik and is best known for his killer mobs and long room descs. His area creations include the Welmar Sewers, Da'Sharr Prison, and the sprawling City of Eryndlyn. As far as the mortal realm goes, Burnout is one of the most ruthless pkillers out there (He once wiped out my entire multi in one fell swoop). Ever hear of a Dagoor run? It wouldn't be possible without this freakish intellect.. thank him next time you see him.

Piggy is one of the other leaders making up the triumvirate. He's passed on the Sheriff star, alternating his time between his new-fangled solo mage and his family life with Lakhena. When he does get time to log on, he can be seen terrorizing fidos and still helping the less-fortunate newbies.

Holds the record for owning the most equipped and usable chars. He revamped a new training ground and also finished installing the latest and greatest of the Olympus installments. Nos is now taking a break from the quest scene, having completed The Mayor's Task Force and MK4, although he still has his hands full bringing up young, promising quest-runners. Keep an eye out for some of that Olympus gear!

ME! Maintainer of this page, my morts aren't anything special, really. Phantomsabre has the coolest name of everyone, and Crimson is now my solitary lone warrior. Areas in include Vermilion's Tower and the Cavern of Lost Souls, a connecting area and maze which may eventually expand to a Northern Continent and the new and improved Tarion City. With various other projects, I also helped create a new standard in ring-wear and upgraded both the Crystal Daemon and Tarion Cavalier. I was also involved in finally finishing that horrible 9-year old work-in-progress known as Hell. After 6 months of intense daily coding and a year and a half of revision, it seems to have been implemented completely :P. In the future, I may be working on specs for the final Olympus and helping out with the rest of the IMPly duties.

One of the few solo mages on Ronin, Brutus makes it all look too easy. He never passes up a chance to toss a T-Ball or help a newbie in trouble. He is currently missing after marrying his fiancee, like every other good mage around :) Someday, he may finish up specs for the new Loftwick area.

Leader of the Coalition for Better Bards, Hhjj is one of the better ones out there. He muds well when he gets a good link, and isn't afraid to meet his maker. Mark is also a force to be reckoned with in the Chaos Zone. He was also working on specs for Loftwick and doing various coding projects on the side.. including revamping mud clients; try his newer version of Sanetin on the RoninMUD homepage below. He has apparently found better things to do, and is rarely seen.
