10 New Spells, Attacks, and Thief Abilities.
These are in no particular order but would be nice additions to the arsenal of spells, attacks, and thief abilities people have. Also, all of these are not my original ideas. Some of them are, some of them have been posted on the Utopian Forums over the last few months.

Attacks


1) Ambush - Instead of attacking a player can set their forces to ambush. The next time they get attacked the person attacking takes double the normal amount of losses. An ambush can be maintained for 18 hours. During that time you cannot attack.

2) Slaughter - On this attack you can 5% of your opponents wizards and mages.


Spells


1) Love Potion - Doubles the rate of Peasant growth from 3% to 6% per hour for 12-24 hours.

2) Stop Heart - Kills 1% of an opponents thieves.

3) Create Elemental - Creates a magical creature who fights with your armies for the next hour. A 1% bonus to attack for each creature created.

4) Magical Vessel - Creates 5 magical boats to transport your troops. Last 24 hours.


Thief Abilities


1) Drug Armies - Reduces opponents combat effectiveness by 10% for 12-24 hours. Only one drug armies can effect an opponent at a time.

2) Scribblings - Allows you to post an anonymous message to another kingdoms forum.

3) Frame-up - You must get a successful frame-up operation against the person being framed and the province you want to trick. If successful you can frame a province making it appear they failed a thief operation against the other province. This would be very useful if you say arsoned 75 of their homes in 3 operations and then framed another province to make it look as if they failed an operation right afterwards.

4) Impersonate Librarian - This would allow you to see an opponents sciences.

Also I'd like to see a decrease of 25% in the cost of all spells and a 25% increase in the amount of mana and stealth available. This would allow people to use a greater variety of spells and magic on a daily basis.
