Other Free Web Based Games
If you like Utopia, that means you may enjoy other web based games. I'm listing some other games as a service to Utopia's players. These games are not being listed in order to replace Utopia but as something to supplement your Utopia down time.
Archmage - In this game you try to become the most powerful wizard in the game. It's interesting to me because you have a huge # of spells to learn and different monsters you can use as part of your forces. I tried this one out but never really took the time to learn it. Monarchy - A kingdom based game somewhat like Utopia although with some different features like Gods. I've heard some good things about it. Omnix - I've been told this a total rip off of Utopia. Some people told me they liked it so I'm listing it anyway. Panumbra - This is sort of a graphical live action mud / role playing game. I haven't played it but thought it looked interesting. The Rogue Market - This is the game I was heavily into before I started playing Utopia. It's a stock market game where you trade shares of celebrities. They say they have 100k different traders (but I doubt it :) This is probably worth checking out however. Space Merchant - This is a game of interstellar space trading and combat. I'm playing right now and the game itself rocks and is a lot of fun. However, there are constant technical problems. I mean the game is down like 1 hour out of every 6 or so. Great fun when you can get in =)
