This utility allows you to convert PSX raw files into Targa image files.

This utility allows you to convert PSX 'Tim' files into Targa files or Bitmap files.

Psxiso
This utility will allow legimate PSX owners users with CDRs to modify PSX ISO images with the correct Country Code Lockout, so they can play foriegn CDs.
