False Rumors 1.Ways to get Leo On your team
Here are the FALSE ways to get Leo KUPO! Kill 4,063 Brachosaurs (using only the spell Break) and you'll get the Resurrection Potion! You have a one in three million chance of getting the REAL item to "bring back wayward spirits" (you thought he was talking about the Phoenix Esper!) by crashing the Falcon into Triangle Island. Gogo will appear (whether or not he's in your party) and will smack Setzer around a little for being such an idiot, then find the Super Phoenix Down on the ground behind him. If you can get Vicks and Wedge to successfully perform the Mooglerena dance, then the game will say "Your turn!" and you have to do the dance yourself! If you do it right, the game will reward you with six billion GP and Leo will not die in the scene with Kefka at all!
2. Hidden Espers
Kupo! Another False Runor says that there are hidden espers.
Push all the buttons on the control pad in the order R-L-Start-Select-B-X-X-Y-A-R-L-Start-L-X-A-B. Then turn off the game (don't save). When you turn it back on, the game will randomly determine whether you deserve access to the hidden Espers. If your life has been an odd number of seconds long, you'll get them, if not, you won't. You also have to push the buttons in order in under one and a half seconds. The various hidden Espers will give you access to all the spells in all the rest of the Final Fantasy games.
3.World of Semi-Balance
Another FALSE Rumor says that you can get a 3rd world! Yeah right! Kupo!
After Kefka moves the statues, there is a scene where the characters on the Floating Continent jump onto the airship. If you move the control pad around during this scene, the airship won't crack up. This is because the Statues are trying to shoot it with magic bolts. If you dodge the first one (it's hard) you can enter a mini-game where you dodge more bolts. If you win (you only get one try) the Statues will give up and the world won't become destroyed so badly. Hence the world's name, the World of Semi-Balance (WSB).
