The FAQ Section

Now here is the FAQ Section. They aren't in any order either. If you send a question to Snorlax and I feel it is a pretty good question, I will probably add it to my FAQs. But before you take the trouble of e-mailing me, check out the Walkthrough first.

Q:After I got this one badge, it says I can now use Flash/Cut/Fly/Strength/Surf. How do I use those skills? A:You need to get the HM. All that the badges mean in terms of these skills is that you physically can use them. For example, if you try to use Surf without the Soul Bage, it won't let you.

Q:I'm in Sabrina's Gym and I can't get to her! Which way do I go? A:When you get inside, step on the warp you see. Now, no matter which warp you land on, step on the one in the bottom left corner. This will take you to Sabrina after warping 4 or 5 times. To get back, first step on the warp in Sabrina's room. Now step on the one to the right of you, then the one above you, then the one to the right of you, then the one to the right of you again, and bingo! You're at the door.

Q:every time I try to leave Viridian City, this cranky old man won't let me through because he hasn't had his coffee. How do I get out of this city? A:Before you can get on with the game, you must deliver the parcel to and get the Pokedex from Proffesor Oak. Now when you try to leave, the old man will have had his coffee and will feel great.

Q:I'm at Rock tunnel and it's so dark! How do I get HM5 (Flash)? A:Walk to Vermillion City. Now go on the path to the right and go in the cave (Digglett's cave, to be exact). Go through it, and here is a good place as any to catch a Diglett. when you get to the other side, walk down. Ignore the first house you come to. enter the second building and talk to Proffessor Oak's Aide. If you've caught 10 or more kinds of pokemon, he will give you HM5, which is Flash.

Q:How do I get the pokeflute to move that Snorlax out of the way? A:You must get it from Mr.Fuji, who is being held prisioner at the top of Pokemon Tower. You must get the Silph Scope to free the soul of the restless Marowak mother. Beat the 3 team Rocket members and you pretty much have it.

Q:How do I get to the Power Plant? A:Go just above Rock Tunnel where there is some water. Use Surf and Surf down around Rock Tunnel to the Power Plant.
