Charles has been nicknamed `The Meanest Priest in Town', but hasn't really deserved the title for some time now. He'd be a higher level, if it weren't for the frequent energy drains he's suffered.

He only has four fingers, but I have no idea if it's genetic, or if something nasty happened to the others.

He's from Karameikos, but his family originally came from the Pearl Islands of Thyatis. Charles is a supporter of King Stephan Karameikos, but was under a death sentence for High Treason for several months. He's since been cleared of the charge. However, Charles DOES plan on destroying the city of Kelvin when he gets to be 36th level, due to a mishap there earlier in his career.

Unfortunately, in a later adventure that I won't describe unless I get a lot of requests for it; Charles has had his soul trapped in another plane, but unlike Blueberry Mann, Charles has no friends who would consider going to rescue him. Oh well, maybe he should have tried being `The Nicest Priest in Town'.

Go figure, he got rescued. They weren't looking for him, but he was there, so they all figured `what the heck.'

Soon after, he was killed again and reincarnated as a woman. Guess that explains how he (she) managed to join the Warrior Maidens... now she's got to try to figure out the best way to tell her patron immortal that she joined a militant fighting order dedicated to another immortal.
