Q: Why do Pokemon evolve? Why do some Pokemon have 3,2,1 stages when they evolve?
A: I'm not exactly sure why they made Pokemon evolve. Maybe it was to make the game more exciting. Maybe it was to make Magikarp stronger and then they decided to do it to them all. You'd have to ask Nintendo or Game Freak on that one.

Q: What is the Game Genie code for Pikablu?
A: There is no Game Genie code to get Pikablu. The only way to get him is to either modify the programming of your game or I've heard he's in the Japan version. He will be in Pokemon 2 (Gold/Silver) though. Check PokeMeowth's page for more info. Also, check PokeMeowth's site soon, I heard he's making a Game Genie or a Game Shark page.
