Air Magic


Normal Level

Wizard's Eye

cost - 1 spell point
duration - 1 hour per level of caster's air magic
Wizard eye identifies location of monsters (in red) and noncombatants (in green) on the small map of the area.

Feather Fall

cost - 2 spell points
duration - 5 minutes per level of caster's air magic
Feather fall protects your party from falling by slowing the rate of decention.

Air Resistance

cost - 3 spell points
duration - 1 hour per level of skill
Air resistance increases your party's resistance to air magic by one point per level of caster's air magic.

Sparks

cost - 4 spell points
Fires three small balls of lightning which bounce around until they hit something or dissipate. Each spark does 2 points of damage plus 1 per caster’s Air Magic skill.

Expert Level


Jump

cost - 5 spell points
Your party safely jumps forward a distance of 40 feet.

Shield


cost - 8 spell points
duration - 1 hour + 5 minutes per casters Air Magic skill.
Shield reduces ranged attacks to half damage if they hit. It only works outdoors.

Lightning Bolt


cost - 10 spell points
With this, you fire a bolt of lighting at an individual target. The damage is 1-8 per level of caster's Air Magic skill.

Master Level

Invisibility


cost - 15 spell points
duration - 10 minutes per level of caster's Air Magic skill.
Invisibility renders the party invisible to all monsters. If the party attacks or speaks, the spell is broken. It cannot be cast if a hostile foe is nearby.

Implosion


cost - 20 spell points.
Implosion destroys the air surrounding a single target. The damage is 10 points + 1-10 per level of caster's Air Magic skill.

Fly


cost - 25 spell points duration - 1 hour per point of caster's Air Magic skill
Fly enables your party to fly. But watch your caster's spell points - an additional 1 point is drained for every 5 minutes the party remains airborne!
