Avocado & Tomato Topper 1 Cup Chopped Avocado
1/2 C Chopped Tomato
1/4 C Chopped Onion
1 T Lemon Juice
1/2 t Garlic Powder
Dash liquid hot pepper
36 Wheatsworth Wheat Crackers
Bacon, Cooked & crumbled, Optional
  1. In small bowl, combine avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice, garlic powder and hot pepper seasoning.
  2. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoonful mixture on each cracker;
  3. sprinkle with bacon if desiredd.
  4. Serve immediately.
