Lime Pineapple Mold Salad


1     pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 Cups boiling water
18    Large marshmallows (5 small marshmallows = 1 large)
1     Cup Cottage Cheese
1/2   Cup Chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1     Cup Crushed pineapple

  1. Dissolve Jello in water.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved.
  3. Place in refrigerator approxamately 2 hours.
  4. Whip.
  5. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Place in mold as quickly as possible (I just put in a bowl I don't use any molds)
  7. Cover and put in refrigerator over night.
