This is the catalogue of the Redoubt Enterprises range of 25mm figures

Redoubt Enterprises is a hobby company dedicated to making 25mm figures to a high standard for wargamers or collectors. Although not large we have agents in a number of countries and send figures almost everywhere in the world. We have a number of designers who work on their own specialised ranges and also carry the Abbots range of Napoleonic Naval figures which are produced but not designed by us. All of our figures are made on the company premises and in all of our ranges we have tried to create as many different types of figure within each individual range as possible.

We try to cover all the varieties of figures for a particular period, either in the ordinary foot and mounted figures or by personalities and action sets in the extras sections. Some of our ideas, such as the two part castings, mostly for native troop types, in the Renaissance, English Civil War, Zulu, Sudan and Wellington in India ranges are unique to us, as are the separate heads for the English and American Civil Wars figures. We feel that by offering a wide coverage of troops in each new range that we produce our customers can buy with confidence knowing that the range will not finish with lots of figure types still to be added.

We also sell extra kits where the boats or buildings are made of resin and we supply the figures. In these cases we cannot sell the boats or buildings separately from the figures and parts, but we will tell you where you can buy these items from the manufacturer direct.

We welcome suggestions for ranges or for figures for our existing ranges and all such suggestions are carefully noted, even if we often do not have the time to reply to individual letters.

We are situated near the seafront in Eastbourne and you are very welcome to come and see us, although we do not have a shop. You can browse through the figure drawers, see some painted samples on display and discuss ranges with members of staff. We are normally open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and until 1pm on Saturday if we are not attending a show. A telephone call will give you directions and further information. We attend about twenty to thirty wargames related shows a year all over the country and will always cheerfully discuss everything about wargaming at such times if we are not too busy serving.

We always try to be fair and honest in our dealings and will replace broken or damaged figures free of charge. If there are any problems, please telephone or write to us before getting angry, we will do our best to resolve any differences. Also if you have any questions regarding our products give us a call or write a letter and we will try to help. Please also remember that a clear index number for figures, or a good description is always helpful. Orders are despatched as soon as possible, most go out on the same day, but please allow 7 to 10 days before calling if your figures have not arrived. New releases are normally ready for the end of the month that they are advertised, although we sometimes run into production problems and the magazines that contain the adverts often come out earlier.

Basic prices are 65p foot or mounted figure. Horses vary but the basic model is 95p or £1.15. We do not offer discounts as figures are manufactured individually and this is a time and labour consuming process; but orders over £50.00 in the UK are post free.

POSTAGE: UK/BFPO is 10% of order value, minimum 50p. Orders over £50.00 post free. Overseas postage is at cost wherever possible. EEC is 30% of order, minimum £2.50.

REST OF THE WORLD is 50% of order, minimum £3.50.
