The Crazy Dash
The Crazy Dash is used to boost ur speed up to cruising speed immediately after u have picked up a customer. This happens in a split second. U will see ur Cab surge forward .
How to do it ? Simple
when u stop to pick passenger up, shift to reverse immediately when u stop, when the guy is getting in (jumpin in ) , before he actuallys mangaes to sit down , shift to drive and floor the gas !
Takes perfect timing so dont be so worried u dont get it rite all tha time.
The Limit Cut
The Limit Cut is used when ur taxi is at crusing speed and u make the cab go faster (boost in speed)
There are 2 versions that work here .
Version 1
1.do a Crazy Dash
2.release both pedals
shift to reverse
shift to drive and floor gas
3. do step 2 again.
If u dont get it right u will hear the tyres squeal. if u get it rite, u hear a whoosh sound and ur taxi surges forward !
Version 2(simple)
This is the one i always use !
when already at crusing speed.
1. release both pedals
2. shift to reverse
3.shift to drive and floor gas at tha same time.
Timing is very very important!!
when u release the pedals and move to reverse, i normally lift my leg up to about half a foot off the ground , and floor gas and shift to drive at the same time.
i am off the pedals for about 2 secs.
Dont do it too fast . The machine needs to register that u are in Reverse Gear .
Once u got it rite , do tha limit cut all tha time !!!
