The Story:   The very beginning starts out with the Princess being abducted and then the main character has a flashback.   The game is divided into chapters in which you must achieve certain goals with each one building on top of the previous.   Anyways, a whole bunch of problems come up along the way and it is up to the main character, Ramza, to help solve them.  In the end you have to kill both your brothers and some other really big badguys...Sound fun?  Well it is.

Review:  9/10.  A real addicting RPG/Strategy game.  Lots of abilities, spells, strategies and complicated stuff going on at all times.  Graphics on this game are unbelievable with cool art on all of the special attacks...especially the summons.  Character classes range from the weak little Squire to Holy Knights.   This game has lots of secret little things along the way, such as getting FF7's Cloud to join your side.

 Cool Stuff
-----------------
Ninjas - Can be obtained by getting Lev 3 Archer,  Lev 4 Thief,  Lev 2 Geomancer.  Can use 2 weapons at once.  Be careful though...Ninjas take lots of damage, even with Equip Armor on.   The throw ability is cool too.

Summoners - Can be obtained by getting a Lev 2 Time Mage.   Summoners can call up lots of
cool monsters to do your dirty work.   Lich is a particularly weak summon, especially for its cost of JP, but it does look cool.   Leviathon or Salamander are probably the best buys.   The
'Half Magic'  skill halves all MP costs so that is obviously good.

Monks - The monk's wave fist 'Chakra' is very cool.  It restores lost HP and MP for free and
dishes out lots of EXP and JP to the user.  One effective tactic to boost levels and JP quickly is to find a random battle,  kill all but one enemy, and ruthlessly beat on your monk.  The monk can Chak (verb form of Chakra)  himself/herself every turn and get endless EXP and JP.  Everyone else (the beaters)  get endless EXP and JP too.   WARNING:  If the monk has 'Hamedo' equipped, the monk will beat the attacker down and no one gets experience.

In the final chapter you will rescue Orlandu.  To sum things up, Orlandu will pretty much replace your whole army.  His attacks are so vicious that they literally hack your foes to tiny bits in one shot.  He is the best of the best.

Worker 8 is another good character simply because of his Dispose ability.  Its always nice to have a long range cannon that can shoot for 200 damage!  He can also be found in chafter four.
