- To the NE of Vesper lies a desert oasis. In the center of the oasis is a treasure area with two glass swords which will be extremely useful later.
- In the cave N of Minoc you will be able to find silver serpent venom by the ton. Make sure you bring the Unlock Magic spell though. Sell the venom to the apocothery in Britain afterwards. I received about 1000 gp for the venom.
- Get the magic carpet ASAP. You don't have to fight for it and it can take you just about anywhere in the world. Read the above walkthrough to find out how to obtain it.
- Smack a parrot with a gavel and it will reveal the location of some
cool treasure. It will lead you to a treasure S of Trinsic.
Inside is:
- 7 gold bars
- 500 gp
- 2 vials of silver serpent venom
- 4 glass swords (very useful)
- 2 rings of invisibility and 2 of protection
- various other magic items
- Strangely enough, each the inhabitant of Serpent's Hold represents a character from Star Trek : The Next Generation.
- Kill the bees in the Bee Cave over and over if you are in need of experience. They may be too easy at the later levels though.
- A party of 4 or 5 people will work well. If you have less, you will obviously suck in battle. If you have more, you will have to lug more food around with you and all characters will receive much less experience.
