The best 2 of each group will be eligible to enter the Finals. One of the pilots
from each group will be appointed as the Mission Observer, who
will be responsible in reporting the results to EC.

Important:
In the event that the Officer-in-charge failed to be present, Field Officer-in-charge
shall take over the running of the tournament. If both are absent, the highest ranking pilot present
shall take over the running of the tournament.
The same applies to the Mission Observer (MO). In the event that the appointed MO is absent,
the next highest ranking pilot shall take over the responsibility. This include ensuring that no
one in the game cheated and report the result of each engagement.
