Mannerisms: Stares into space even when someone is in that space.

True Nature: Josef isn't really cold he just wants to protect his past, he's afraid someone may learn too much for their own good.

Demeanor: Josef tries to act serious and professional, however trying to maintain this demeanor in awkward situations comes across as quite silly.

Wit: Josef has almost no sense of humor. He doesn't really think fast often he prefers to anticipate the outcome of most situations.

Habits: Josef lives such an irregular lifestyle that he has no known habits sleep and eating aren't even constants for him.

Hobbies: Josef seems to spend most of his spare time purely obtaining information, such as reading other agent's profiles, and perusing case records.

Clothing: He looks almost like a member of the Maffia in his on duty black: slacks, blazer, and turtle neck. Josef has no off duty.

Beliefs: Despite his life in Communist Russia Josef is a firm believer in democracy. Josef believes in what he sees, and he has seen his share of paranormal phenomenon however he hasn't seen any proof of a god.

Traditions: Every year on the aniversary of the storm in which Josef lost his family he returns to Russia for a few days.

Current Lifestyle: Josef lives a very spartan lifestyle he spends most of his time working and learning. Since he gets out little he is in no current relationship.

Home: Josef still has his home in Scotland anyone visiting his home will probably arrive while he's in his office. If he is home they can expect him half-asleep in a plain looking house with many glowering looks.

Physical Features: Josef almost looks more like the people Omega investigates rather than a fellow investigator. Lack of sleep and over working created dark circles under his eyes. He will often drift off to sleep at his desk late at night causing creased, wrinkled clothes and mussy hair. Lack of sun has given him an unnatural palor. All in all a pretty sickly looking individual.

Profile: Little is known about Josef's childhood, few records are kept of those children who live in northern Siberia. Josef's youth seems to be fairly mundane he worked as a farmer was married in his 20's, and he helped raise a family. Then in January of 1989 a blizzard hit Central Siberia, transportation, comunications, and power were cut off for over a month. Josef, living far away from most major cities, was one of the last to recieve help. When the rescue team arrived it brought an undertaker for there seemed that there could be no posible way Josef and his family could have survived. They searched the house and found Josef huddled in a corner with a quilt. There was no trace of the rest of Josef's family. Josef offered no explanation to their disapperance or how he had survived for a week after his rations ran out. Josef left his home in Siberia and moved to Edinburgh, Scotland where he worked as a private investigator.

Talents, Skills, and Knowledge: Josef has no record of formal education at any Russian university. However Josef's ability to learn and retain knowledge rather quickly and constantly makes him equally or better versed than most agents in many subjects. Josef is also an excellent marksman, his weapon of choice being a .44 Magnum revolver with a custom made silencer.
