West of Sutlclyfe south of Lirath, is the entrance to the wastelands. enter,
y, 2w, nw, 4n, 2w, n, down, e, s (here lies Astilar, the Blue Dragon)
Tips: You cannot cast spells in the Wastelands. You aso cannot drink potions. If you are magic reliant, find someone else to kill Astilar for you. Astilar has about 20K hp, and can get over 10 attacks per round, and can hit for over 5K in a round. Astilar also has in his possesion an Endless Spell Component Bag, which most magic guilds will find useful. And a piece of amber, which shops will buy for a nice sum.
