Saulang in Treeth holds a ring that increases one's speed. Find his house and somewhere you will find his ring.
The Quest:
From the west gate of Treeth, e, 6s, 8e, kill the high priest and take
his yellow key. When you have the key, from the west gate, e, 3s,
3e, n, e, u, kill saulang and take his scroll (2 angels will attack),
d, w, n, d, lsay speed. You have the ring.
Usage: "rub ring"
Rub
the Ring of Speed.
It
temporarily increases your dexterity by 2.
The
ring can be used after other stat boosts.
