Brief History: On Cybertron, he was reknowned for his ability and speed. Sent to Earth for these reasons, he is proud to serve the autobot cause. Outlaw has taken a liking to Hotrod because they share similar ideas. After he was transfered to the city, he took a liking to the environment outside of it but knows when to come back in and serve the city. Prime doesn't quite agree with his nature but likes him for his spirit.
Personality Of Your Autobot: Doesn't take to kind to authority, hence the name, he is usually found away from the city in the great outdoors zooming away on some rugged trail. He's also known to pop wheelies before slamming into decepticons and then land on them, he loves nothing more but to be his own boss on the open road or an uneven trail.
