Complete the game with a character to feature that person as the main character on the title screen.

Stop the game at the last turn. Then turn all the CPU Players into 2P, 3P and 4P and. All the coins and stars they collects will be yours.

After you've beaten Eternal Star, you can buy some new things in the shop, such as:

Happy Ending Credits: 100 coins
No Boo in the game: 500 coins
No Bowser in the game: 500 coins

Bumper Ball Maze 1:

In order to get Bumper Ball Maze 1, go to the end of the Mini Game Island and beat Toad in the Slot Car Derby Race.

Bumper Ball Maze 2:

In order to get Bumper Ball Maze 2, beat all 50 Mini Games in the Mini Game Island and beat Toad again and you can get Bumper Ball Maze 2.

Bumper Ball Maze 3:

Get a new record in both Bumper Ball Maze 1 & 2 and you can get Bumper Ball Maze 3.

Bowser's Magma Mountain:

After beating all 6 worlds, collect 1,000 coins. Then you can buy the key and the map of Bowser's Magma Mountain in the shop.

Eternal Star:

After beating all 7 worlds, collect 100 stars. Then Bowser will steal all the things from the bank and escape to Eternal Stars. Go into the tube and you can play in Eternal Star.
