There are five gold cards hidden through out each level in Bomberman 64.

You can get one gold card in levels one and three of each world for killing 30 enemies. You can also get one in each level for beating it within the target time.

If you collect all 100 gold cards there will be an additional level waiting for you after you beat Altair.

To get the gold cards in levels one and three of each world you must find them and walk over them. The gold cards will not be just lying around. In most cases (actually I think it's all of them) you will have to blow up a box or rock, etc. To find them in levels two and four you must hit the enemy a certain way (bouncing a pumped bomb off of their head for example). I have a complete gold card list for each of the levels shown (rainbow palace will come later), so I guess there's nothing left but to
