Cuca~G
Tournament Captain

Hi! It's me, Cuca~G!
Formally, CucaGirl.
Many have asked me what "Cuca" means.
It's short for Cucamonga
(technically Rancho Cucamonga)
where I live in SoCal (southern California).
It's between L.A. and Palm Springs.
The G has come to mean many different things
to different people, LOL!
It used to stand for Girl,
cuz I AM a native California Girl.
The Beach Boys wrote a song about me..
have you heard it?
Now the G means Goddess to some,
CuGee-coochi to others,
and to one, simply "G".
Since I was two,
I have had an ongoing love affair with the beach.
I would LOVE a beachfront home,
but I'll have to find some
rich Hollywood sugar daddy first I guess.
At dusk everyday, you will find me
sitting somewhere outside
watching the famous southwestern sunsets.
I love books, movies, and theater,
all the basic escape from reality stuff I guess..LOL.
Oh, and you'll find me browsing in Ebay most nights.
Someone once told me while engaged
in a very philosophical conversation,
that to be truly happy in life you "must find your passion."
Every time I saw him, he would ask me,
"Have you found your passion yet?"
Well, a little over two years ago I did: Photography.
I fell in lust with the sleek, hard body of a
Nikon camera and the rest is history.
I enjoy shooting mainly landscape and
little children (did that sound right?).
Monkey, are you EVER gonna model
for those boudoir shots?
I really need the practice..honest!
Well, my passion keeps growing,
nourishing itself on the money in my bank account..haha.
Real life, oh yeah, I am a
Supervisor in Communications for a
major law enforcement agency in Los Angeles (not LAPD!).
I am married to a Lieutenant
on the department and have been for 13 years.
The sunshine of my life is our daughter Ashleigh
who came into the world 2 ½ months early
weighing in at 3 lbs. 11 oz.
Twelve years later, she is 5' 7" and all legs.
She is a future Olympian, playing either Volleyball,
Basketball, or Softball, depending on the season.
We have a teacup poodle named Coco Bear
who loves to lick my toes!
(Don't knock it, it feels kinda good).
So, working, being a mom and wife make my life very full.
Now I have another family that keeps my sanity intact -
MY DOME FAMILY!!
I started playing in the dome over 2 years ago.
I liked the challenge of making up topics
as opposed to the repetitive bot topics.
Soon, I came to know several of the DR's
and found a kinship with their "special" type of humor.
Then one day I put in the topic:
"Write another acro to replace LMAO",
and Caigan came up with the winner -
CCCF (Clutching Cheeks, Carpet's Flooded).
I laughed so hard, I knew I was hooked!
Anyway, I want to say thanks to my 2nd family
for making me feel so loved!!
