Thoughts...

Okay, I just saw the summary to Samantha Stonebraker's book and the cover of Marisa Jackson's book, and well... let's just say I have a FEW CHOICE words for these ladies. Thanks to Backstreet News (Link on bottom of page) it's keeping me updated and at the same time, getting me upset. From the summary of Samantha's book-
(Questions you want to know) 'Are the Backstreet Boys still virgins?'
Well, first of all chica, I really don't think that at 20+ they are. I know they are wonderful and everything, but they are guys. Anyways, I know that we're all very curious, but it isn't really any of our business. I was the "Gossip/ Rumor Queen" at my old school, and I know that we all want the low down on these guys that we love so much, but isn't this going a little too far?
I'm not saying don't even look at the book, because I know that we're all going to pick it up for a moment. Even me.

But please, do not buy these books. If you do, it's showing YOUR SUPPORT for expoitation of celebrities. You didn't like what they were doing to Princess Diana's reputation when they decided to publish her on the covers of these trashy tabloids, did you? I know that it is a wrong comparision between the Boys and Princess Diana, but it's gets the point through.

That's what this site is about. We aren't able to stop this, but we don't have to support this.
These girls need to get over this whole thing, really, they do. I know that they have to have a conscience, and hopefully, when no one is buying the books, they'll realize that what their doing is just plain wrong. I'm terribly sorry if A.J. and Brian did something horrible to you, but NO ONE deserves the public humilliation. Revenge is fun, but what comes around, goes around.

The almost worst part, is that this COULD become a best seller. It's a shiny version of a tabloid. And we all know people DO buy tabloids, so what's stopping the fans from buying the books?
