Operation of Guild
1. Every time there is a major issue, such as if a guild declares "war" on us a meeting of the council will be called.
2. Any time a member breaks the ROC, the appropriate council shall have a meeting to decide his/her fate.
3.The council includes all the council members, plus the CiC, SiC, and AMB. . Each member gets one vote.
What We Are About
1. We are a guild dedicated to peace between guilds. We are all about mediating disturbances to guilds, and finding a peaceful alternative. This job will be the sole jobs of the diplomacy group, which we will form later.
2.We are a guild dedicated to helping each other in games, especially team and ladder games.
3.We are a guild dedicated to STOPPING cheating in Starcraft, and later in the guilds life Diablo.
4.We are a guild dedicated to peaceful co-existence between ALL the participants of Battle.net, whether in guilds, freelance, or just chatters
Membership
1. Any member may nominate any person for membership. Once I am online I will determine if the person is right for the guild or not.
2. If any member does not wish a new member to be in the guild then they should message me and I will hear their complaint(s) against the person.If the complaints are reasonable, then I shall put them on temporary probation. If he continues following rules then he shall be made a full flegded member of our guild.
3. ALL new recruits will be placed in the highest position available, until ALL positions higher than PVT have been filled
ROC
The rules of conduct are simple and easy to follow. Every rule is followed by the punishment for breaking that rule. Every person must be found guilty of the crime by the council or the enlisted council. If punishment includes a demotion, and the act was commited by a private, the private is dismissed from the clan, unless stated otherwise in the punishment. The Enlisted Council is the SMA, MAG, MJR, SGT, and GEN.
1. NO CHEATING-This includes trainers, codes, universal cheat programs, and taking advantage of bugs in the game. Punishment-Punishment for this act is immediate expulsion from the guild. They can earn their exact position back by IMMEDIATELY stopping all cheating.
2. NO CAUSING WARS WITH OTHER CLANS-This act includes channel wars, full wars, and bot wars. Punishment-Punishment for this act is immediate probation from the clan. The person can redeem themselves if they improve the relations to previous conditions. If relations are not improved in 2 weeks time, the person will be expulsed from the guild permanently.
3. NO BACKSTABBING-This act includes un-allying with players in an attempt to kill them, attacking a persons units while either of you are allied with the other, and not allying with a person when it was agreed upon to ally. Punishment-Punishment for this act is probation or demotion, depending on the vote by the council.
4. NO INSUBORDANATION TO ENLISTED OFFICIALS-This is refusing orders given by a commanding officer. The person must be declared guilty by the enlisted council. Punishment- If a person refuses to take orders from an enlisted personall of higher ranking then themselves, they will be put on probation until the order is followed. If the order is not followed in one week of recieving the probation notice, the person will be demoted.
5. NO INSUBORDINATION OF OFFICERS-This is refusing orders given by a council member, this includes the CM's, the SiC, and the CiC. Punishment- Punishment for this act is immediate dismissal from the clan unless the order is followed immediatly.
6. NO TREASON-This act includes discussion of guild issues and discussing our guild channels with people other than guild members. Punishment- Punishment for this crime is immediate expulsion from the guild, and becoming dishonored. Dishonored members are NEVER allowed into the guild and are not to be talked to. NO conversations should be held with dishonored persons.
Guild Tag
1. The guild tag is (DATF). If this is not the tag at the end of your name, it should be changed to the correct form.
2. If you have a problem with this name, or wish some small variation, such as ~DATF~, then ask me and if it is acceptable I will approve it.
3. DATF stands for Danube's Action Task Force.
