Introduction:
Tired and battle weary, the Heroes of Azeroth had been able to crawl their
way out of the Dalurian caverns to reach the Crystal Tower. Aided by the
twin ogres Arud and Ruda and their brother Aruda (Chogall icon) the heroes would
continue their trek south. The drows and duergars are still in pursuit.
Even though their magic does not work at the surface, they are still formidable
foes.
Kurdan and Skyree met the group at the opposite side of the Rak-Stobats
mountains. Bearing the news that the region where Crystal Tower lies is
heavily infested by the Zantarians and their orcish slaves. The Zantarians
had sent 10 of their most powerful mages, the Slavus, to get rid of the Crystal
tower and the seer-mage Gil-tanara. Lat-igoh, the Archmage of the Slavus has been
able to recruit the drows to their chaotic cause.
The Zantarians now lay claim of the region. Refugees now hide in forest to escape
the wrath of Zantar and their merciless allies.
The Paladins of the Sword had sent a company of warriors to engage the enemies
in combat and provide a diversion for your escape. Rescue Gil-tanara for he
holds the key to unlock the lost magic of the geomancer. The magic is vital to
neutralize the foul magic of the Death Knights.
Aruda's tribe, the Bartek Clan, is somewhere south. Rescue them and find a way to
aid Gil-tanara.

Search for allies and try to conserve your men.
