Description:

Straight black, total hand destruction, nearly guaranteed to tear your opponent's game to shreads if he's not ready for it. Watch out if you play this deck a second time against the same opponent. I'd switch off to another deck.

The idea of the deck is pretty simple: keep taking cards from your opponent's hand until he is left with no cards in hand and is forced to play every card drawn. Get one or more Racks out as his hand is being destroyed, and he'll usually die by the combination of creature and Rack damage in no time.

As of the release of Mirage and Visions, there are lots of other black cards that you could add to this deck that support the hand destruction theme. You could add Stupor (Mirage) or Coercion (Visions), for example.

It's also possible to make a "hand destruction" deck using more than one color. I've also added white to this deck in order to be able to put in Swords to Plowshares and Disenchant as support.
