(Rush opening plays. The logo appears on screen, then fades away, showing the soldout PA Arena, as the official Rush music plays. Scene switches to the ringside commentators' booth with Rick Miller and Eddie Reagan.)

Rick: Welcome to Rush. Thank you all for joining us here tonight. We've got a great card. Our main event will have "The Nature Boy" defending his newly won Northern Title against Element.

Eddie: Element has been here for only about a month, and he has already risen to the top ranks in the IWA. Landel will have his hands full tonight.

Rick: In what was suppose to be a title match, Apollo will square off against another great young athlete, Power. Apollo lost his NeWA Canadian recently in the ASW to Boog-man. Two debuts tonight. The hardcore, Fabul, will go at it against Darkness, and the Japanese martial artist, Hyuk Suh Kim, will square off against Mystikal. All that and much more.

Eddie: Don't leave out the street fight. Jack Dempsey and Magna will go at it in the alley for this one.

Rick: Lets get to our first matchup.

(Mystikal comes to the ring, then, Hyuk Suh Kim. They lock up. Mystikal puts on an armbar. He applies more presure, then takes Kim down to the mat. Kim hits Mystikal with a left, allowing himself up. He grabs Mystikal and throws him into the ropes, and nails a spinning heelkick. Kim whips him into the corner and nails a dropkick. He then delivers a series of big knife-edge chops. Hyuk Suh Kim takes Mystikal and nails a Tiger suplex. He jumps on top of him and puts on the Rising Sun. Mystikal is quick to tap out.)

Rick: What a debut for this cruiserweight. He has a matchup against Fire at Holiday Blast for the Cruiserweight Title. It looks like Fire will have his hands full.

Eddie: December 27, live from the AstroDome in Houston, Texas, Holiday Blast. What a night that will be. That night, we will have a fatal-fourway tag match to crown our new champions.

Rick: Lets go to the ring for our next matchup.

(Josh Simcox comes down to the ring. Then, Hellbender makes his way to the ring very casually, looking mostly at the fans, like he's not thinking of the match. The bell sounds, Simcox charges Hellbender, and sends him down to the mat with a lariat. Hellbender is very slow to get up. Simcox goes for another lariat, but Hellbender ducks. Simcox comes right back with another lariat, sending Hellbender to the mat. He begins to stomp away on Hellbender. Simcox puts Hellbender is a headlock. Hellbender fights his way to his feet, then escapes the hold with a big jawbreaker. Hellbender doesn't capitalize. Instead, he slowly walks around the ring staring at the crowd, giving Simcox enough time to get up. Simcox grabs Hellbender and forces him around, then nails him in the face with a right. Hellbender hits him right back. The two exange blows, until Hellbender manages to take Simcox off his feet with a big right. Hellbender kicks Simcox once, then walks around somemore. Simcox gets up. He walks up to Hellbender, who is facing the crowd, and executes a neckbreaker. Simcox goes for the pin, 1..2.. kick out. Simcox picks up Hellbender. He sets him up, and delivers a devastating DDT. Simcox goes for the pin, 1..2..3.)

Rick: I think it's safe to say that Hellbender wasn't into that match, don't you?

Eddie: He barely fought back. You can't go into a match with a guy like Simcox and not pay full attention to the match. He's lucky he's not injured.

Rick: Ok fans, we have to take a break. Stay with us.

[The scene opens with a shot of the announcer's booth from Rush. Rick Miller is sitting alone while Eddie Reagan's seat is empty]

Rick: Ladies and gentlemen, we here at the IWA are proud to bring you the debut of a new wrestler. Waiting in the ring to conduct the interview, my colleague, Eddie Reagan!

[Cuts to a shot of the ring and Eddie in the middle of it all snazzed up in his best suit.]

Eddie: Thanks Rick. We both know I'm the only one brave enough to come in here and do this sort of field work. Okay, down to business! Fans, please join me in welcoming our newest addition . . . Tanis!

["Once" by Pearl Jam plays throughout the arena. About five seconds into the song, a well cut man appears in the entryway. He's wearing a pair of casual slacks, sunglasses, and an IWA t-shirt]

[The crowd has little response to the big man as he makes way to the ring. He wears a smug grin as he approaches Eddie.]

Eddie: Thanks for coming down, Tanis.

Tanis: [pulling up the sunglasses] You're welcome.

Eddie: I suppose the IWA shirt means you're signed, huh?

Tanis: Signed, sealed, and delivered. Let me tell you something, Eddie Reagan, the IWA has some of the best competition anywhere.

Eddie: You don't have to tell me that, I work here.

Tanis: You don't do a very good job, if I must say so. I think Rick should be interviewing me.

[Eddie shakes his head and scowls. Scattered laughs are heard from the crowd. Tanis takes the microphone.]

Tanis: Take a look at me, folks. [He flexes two or three times] See, this is what you all want to be. I'm what the IWA needs. I'm the hero you all need to cheer for. See, when I look down the roster of your great organization, [He motions to the t-shirt he's wearing] I see myself as the man to save all you fans from having to watch the bad guy win. From having to sit idle while evil trimuphs.

[He pauses and points to the crowd]

Tanis: I'm here to save each and every one of you from that. [He looks over to Eddie, who is just standing next to him with a stupid look] Did you want something? [puts the microphone in front of him]

Eddie: Yeah, what's with your name? Not exactly a heroic title. Wasn't Tanis a biblical haven of the devil and his minions?

Tanis: [taken aback] That's Tanis with a long "a" sound, Eddie. And, yeah, that's right. My name is my name. I wrestle by it. Get over it. Anything else? [puts the microphone in front of Eddie again]

Eddie: Well, I have to ask you about your plans in IWA, I guess.

Tanis: Good question, Eddo. I have a bunch of plans. I think I'll start by beating the living crap out of some jobbers. You know, build up some momentum. After that, maybe I'll win that nothing Northern title. Then I'll vacate that piece of tin and take the International strap for a day or two. And after everyone's talking about how great I am, I'll take Gary Brown and break him in half. Sound like a plan? [puts the mic in front of Eddie once more]

Eddie: Sounds like a pipe dream.

[Rick laughs]

Tanis: [puts his sunglasses back over his eyes] You know, Eddie, after I win that Heavyweight title, I think I'll retire and take your job.

["Once" begins to play and Tanis starts to take his leave.]

Eddie: There you have it. Our newest "hero". Back to you, Rick.

[The scene cuts back to the shot of Rick at the Rush booth]

Rick: I like this guy.

(Eddie takes his seat.)

Rick: OK, lets go to the ring for our next matchup, the debut of the hardcore, Fabul.

(The lights go out, as Darkness comes to the ring. Then, Fabul makes his way to the squared circle. Fabul attacks Darkness before the bell. He feeds him with lefts and rights. Fabul sweeps the feet, taking Darkness to the mat. He jumps on top of Darkness and continues with lefts and rights. Fabul then brings Darkness to his feet. He goes to the throw Darkness into the turnbuckle, but it's reversed, Fabul is sent to the corner. Darkness follows with a big boot. He then nails a waistlock suplex and goes for the pin, 1..2.. kick out. Darkness grabs Fabul and throws him into the ropes. He bends down for a backbody drop, but Fabul times it right and nails a DDT. He goes for the pin, 1..2.. kick out. Fabul picks him up. He sets him on the turnbuckle, and executes a belly-to-belly suplex of the second rope. Fabul picks up Darkness again, and delivers a big Powerbomb. He goes for the pin, 1..2..3.)

Rick: What a performance. Fabul looks to be a great competitor in the future.

Eddie: This league's been adding some great new talent lately. From Dempsey brothers, to Element and Magna, Kristian Choas, Hyuk Suh Kim, Tanis, Fabul. And I can't forget, from PNW, Power and Neurosis. I probably missed a few, there's just been so many.

Rick: That's true. The IWA's becoming one of the most competitive battle grounds in all of the NeWA. All right, up next we have our only tag match this week, as Maximum Carnage and the Serial Thrillaz go at it.

(HellRazas members, Maximum Carnage, come down to the ring accompanied by their manager, Kimona. The Serial Thrillaz come down next. Mike Maverick and Mt. Maximus start it off. They exange blows as the bell sounds. Maverick gains the advantage with an elbow. He hooks Mt. Maximus up for a waistlock suplex, but it's reversed into a sidewalk slam. Mt. tags in Lord Maximus, who immediately goes to work on Maverick. Lord takes Maverick and throws him into the ropes. He lands a flying shoulder block. Lord takes Maverick, and nails an Atomic Drop. He tries for a piledriver, Maverick reverses it into a backbody drop. He tags in Shane Helms. Helms jumps in. He takes Lord Max, and throws him hard into the turnbuckle. Helms climbs up the turnbuckle and begins with rights. But Lord Max picks him up, and sends him down with a powerbomb. He goes for the pin, 1..2.. kick out. Lord Max tags in Mt. Max, who sends Helms down with a lariat as he gets up. Hemls gets up, but Mt. Max hits him with a clothesline, sending him to the outside. Mt. climbs out and grabs Hemls. He throws him into the railing, then throws him back in the ring. He goes for the pin, 1..2.. Maverick makes the save. Mt. Max tags in Lord Max, who goes to work with stomps. He nails a series of legdrops, then picks him up. Lord Max then goes for a spinebuster, but Hemls fights it off and delivers a desperation DDT. He slowly goes to his corner and tags in Mike Maverick. Maverick hurries in, and stops the tag. He grabs Lord Maximus, and nails a facebuster. Maverick picks him up, and delivers a suplex bomb. He goes for the pin, 1..2..3.)

Eddie: The Thrillaz take the win in a great match.

Rick: They are going to be tough to beat at Holiday Blast. Ok, we're going to take another break. When we come back, we'll have the street fight.

Rick: As I promised, the street fight is next. We're going to head to the back alley of the arena for this one.

(Scene switches to the back alley, where Jack Dempsey and Mean Mike Dempsey are talking, and waiting for Magna. The ref is also there.)

Eddie: Oh, this'll be great. Street fights rock!

(Magna and Element come running from behind and attack the Dempsey brothers. Jack and Magna go at it, as Element and Mean Mike go at it. The ref manages to break up Element and Mean Mike fairly easily since they're there to watch Jack and Magna's back. Jack and Magna exchange blows. Magna gains the advantage with an eye gouge. He grabs Dempsey, and throws him at the the dumpster. Magna takes Dempsey down by the hair. He begins to beat on Dempsey with lefts. He then tries to throw Dempsey in the dumpster, but Dempsey counters with a headbut. Dempsey takes Magna and bangs his head repeatedly on the dumpster. Dempsey picks up Magna and throws him into the brick wall. He then throws Magna at the dumpster. Magna hits it and rolls over inside of it. Mean Mike comes in and slams the dumpster shut. Element runs in and tackles Mean Mike to the ground. They begin to brawl, but Jack comes in and attacks Element. Mean Mike and Jack begin to doubleteam Element. Magna then forces the door open and jumps out. He pulls out some brass knuckles and nails Mean Mike hard in the side of the head. He tries to hit Jack Dempsey, but he blocks. They begin to go at it as Mean Mike and Element lay on the ground. Magna rakes the face then goes to work with rights. He staters Dempsey, then grabs him and throws him on the ground. Magna grabs a trash can and begins hitting Jack with it. Magna picks him up and brings him to the nearby railing. Magna rams his head, then throws him back down. He walks over to the dumpster and grabs a lead pipe laying on the ground. Magna swings at Dempsey, but he moves out of the way. Magna tries again with the same results. Dempsey manages to get to his feet, and duck another swing. Dempsey charges Magna, tackles him to the ground, causing him to drop the pipe. Dempsey begins to hit lefts and rights. He gets up and grabs the brass knuckles. Magna gets up, and is hit hard in the head. Jack Dempsey goes for the cover, 1..2..3. Element is up but can't make the save.)

Eddie: Yeah! Now that's entertainment.

Rick: Jack Dempsey wins a huge one here. This'll move him up in the rankings. OK, lets go back to the ring for our next match, a non-title bout with Fire taking on Chris Phillips.

(Phillips comes down to the ring. Then, the cruiserweight champion, Fire, comes to the ring with his belt. The HellRazas music then plays, and they come to ringside. Juvi enters the ring. He extends his hand to Chris Phillips. Phillips hesitates, then finally shakes his hand. Juvi does the same thing to Fire. Fire reaches out and shakes his hand. Juvi then grabs the title from Fire and begins to beat him with it. Juventad stops, but not after Fire is covered with blood. The ref, unsuccessful at stoping Juvi, throws the match out.

(Juvi then grabs the mic.)

Juvi: Listen punk,I'm the King Of The Cruiserweights' and all of you Johnny Come-Latelies think you can be a good as me.Hell No"

(Juvi continues to stomp him. A shocked Chris Phillips tries to get him to stop, but from behind comes the newest HellRazas Omega & Power, and take him down.)

Juvi: I never liked your punk ass brother,Trent and I don't like you either.(He puts Phillips in the Texas Clover Leaf, and releaces him after a few seconds.)

Juvi: For a long time HellRazas Inc have played the back ground here in the IWA. Not anymore as of now if you're not with us,(Juvi waves in HellRazas Inc members Titan,Maximum Carnage and EF)this will happen.

(Titan grabs Fire by the neck in front of Juvi.)

Juvi: You're only champion cause I let you be and right now you're title reign is up cause I'm the next IWA cruiserweight champion son.

(HellRazas Inc continue to attack both Fire and Chris Phillips until Kimona Wanalaya runs out to stop them.)

Rick: Fire is cut bad, he needs help. We've got to take a break.

Eddie: Here come the paramedics.

Rick: Things are back to normal here, so we're going straight to our next match.

Eddie: Apollo and Power will be going at it.

(Former Canadian champ, Apollo, comes to the ring. Then, Power comes down the aisle. But from behind comes Neurosis with a chair. He nails a devastating shot to the side of the head of Power, knocking him down hard. The ref throws out the match.)

Rick: It's Neurosis! He took out Power. Another match thrown out tonight.

Eddie: These two, plus a few others, have been at each others throats the past few months in the PNW.

Eddie: Well, I guess we're going to go to our main event. Element will be challenging "The Nature Boy", for the IWA Norhtern Title.

(The challenger, Element, comes to the ring, accompanied by Magna. Then, "The Nature Bot" Buddy Landel, comes down to the ring. The bell sounds as they lock up. Element headbutts Landel and suplex's him to the corner. Element keeps him down with a dropkick to the face. He grabs Landel and throws him to the opposite corner, then follows with a big splash. Element goes for the pin, 1..2.. kick out. Then, Tanis comes down to ringside. Magna watches him closely. In the ring, Element has Landel in a sleeper hold. Landel fights it off with elbows to the stomach. He takes Element and throws him into the ropes, Element comes back and is caught with a sleeper. Element tries to get out with elbows to the stomach, but Landel simply takes him to the mat. Element struggles to reach the ropes, and does. Landel is forced to release the hold. "The Nature Boy" gets up. He grabs Element by the arms and pulls him into the center of the ring away from the ropes. Landel puts on the sleeper again. After almost 30 thirty seconds, the ref takes Element's hand. He drops it once, twice, but Element holds it up to prevent a third time. Element then fights hard to get to his feet, and does. He elbows Landel in the stomach to loosen the hold, and snapmares him down to the mat. Outside the ring, Tanis whispers something to Magna. Magna smiles, and climbs on the aepron. He distracts the ref, while Tanis jumps in the ring, pulls out some brass knuckles, and nails Landel with it. He rolls out of the ring and heads for the back with a big smirk. Magna jumps off the aepron and the ref turns around. Element covers Landel, 1..2..3.)

Eddie: We have a new Northern Champion!

Rick: What a wild night. We're out of time.
