Rick: Hello fans, and welcome back to the Rumble!
Eddie: Jeez, I thought we'd cancelled this show.
Rick: Eddie, you knew we'd be taking a couple weeks off due to other IWA events on the weekend.
Eddie: Still.
Rick: Well, we hope to make up for it with a great show tonight! Our main event will see the Rebels going up against Maximium Carnage in a World Tag Team title match.
Eddie: And Maximium Carnage are the International Tag Team champions. That means they're tough guys.
Rick: Also tonight, former two time IWA Heavyweight champion and current PNW Heavyweight champ, Tanis, will be up against a former United States and Canadian champion in the Boog-man.
Eddie: This is a big match for Boog.
Rick: And then we've got several of the midcard guys in action tonight. The Overlords will have a rematch with Snoop and Morbius. Vukota and Vice will have a rematch as well. And, also from the AKA, Damien will be up against Madman Moe.
Eddie: Three wins for the AKA tonight, Rick. I personally gurantee it.
Rick: And what about Wolfgang Krauser going one on one with former IWA International champion, R.J. Harris?
Eddie: Ooh, that's tonight?
Rick: Yep, in fact, it's coming up right now.
(Harris comes out first, looking very angry and determined. Then, the new Nighthawk theme plays, and Wolfgang comes out with his manager, Lawerence Blood. He enters the ring and the bell sounds. Harris comes across the ring and the two men lock up. Krauser easily overpowers him into the corner and goes to work with chest chops. The crowd winces with each shot. Finally, Wolfgang hip tosses him into the middle of the ring. He walks after R.J., but Harris is up and rakes the eyes. He sends Krauser into the ropes and hits a knee to the thigh. R.J. picks him up and hits a reverse neckbreaker. He goes for a cover, 1…..kick out. Harris runs up and kicks the man in the face, but Krauser gets up anyway. He grabs Harris and picks him all the way up. It's a press slam! He throws the man out of the ring and onto the floor!)
Eddie: Wolfgang is a monster.
(Krauser rolls out of the ring. He takes R.J. and drops him throat first over the railing. Wolfgang rolls the man into the ring. He comes in after him and returns the favor of earlier by kicking Harris full in the face. R.J. flops back. Krauser picks him up and flattens him with a right hand. Harris is hurt. Wolfgang has him up again. He tosses him into the ropes and charges after him. He massacres him with a lariat that he calls the Krauser Line. He hooks the leg for a cover, 1…..2…..3.)
Rick: Harris is taken apart here on our first match here at the Weekend Rumble.
Eddie: That guy scares me, Rick.
Rick: Okay, fans, our next match pits Damien against Madman Moe in a Parking Lot match.
Eddie: More hardcore. Yay.
Rick: Jeez, Eddie, you don't sound that excited about it.
Eddie: No Fabul.
Rick: Okay, here we go.
(The big screen in the arena comes on revealing the parking lot. There are dozens of cars parked around the place. Damien can be seen walking down an aisle in regular clothing. From his right, Madman Moe runs and hits him with a dropkick. He takes Damien by the hair and smashes his head against the hood of a sports car. He does it again. He goes for a third, but Damien blocks it and hits Moe with a back elbow. Damien knees him in the stomach, then grabs Moe and suplexes him onto the hood of the car. He goes on the hood with him, but Moe punches him the stomach, then takes him by the legs. It's a short powerbomb off the hood and onto the concrete! A ref is visible on the very edge of the screen as Moe covers, 1….2…kick out. Damien rolls away, then takes off around the sports car and near a mini van. Moe comes after him, but Damien is waiting and kicks him in the stomach. He slams Moe's head against the side of the minivan. He tries to do it again, but this time Moe blocks with a foot. He hits Damien with a back elbow, then slams Damien's head very hard into the side of the van and through a window! Damien falls to the ground and hits head against the concrete. He's been opened up and is bleeding.)
Rick: All Moe has to do is cover. What's he doing?
(Madman Moe climbs up the side of the minivan. He's taps his elbow and the crowd responds.)
Eddie: He's gonna do an elbow drop from up there. Wait, what's this?
Rick: It's Rukus! He's running in from the side.
(Moe leaps off the van and hits the elbow drop as Rukus arrives. Rukus pushes Moe off of the man, then takes the hurt and dazed Damien. He hits a belly-to-belly suplex onto the hood of a SUV. He starts pounding the face of Damien. The ref throws the match out.)
(Rukus points at Damien.)
Rukus: Damien, let me tell you something! You can't beat me, you can't talk to me, you can't look at me! I can beat you anytime, anyplace. Remember that.
(Rukus walks away.)
Rick: Well, fans, it looks like Rukus has a bone to pick with Damien. And, Eddie, it looks like you were wrong about the 3 wins for the AKA.
Eddie: No, Damien would of won.
Rick: What are you talking about? All Moe had to do was pin him!
Eddie: I refuse to believe that.
Rick: Whatever, let's take a break.
Rick: We're back, Eddie. And now we've got a rematch from a couple weeks ago. Vukota defeated Vice the last time out.
(The new Nighthawk theme plays as Vukota comes down to ringside with his hockey stick. Then Vice comes down and the bell sounds. The two start the match by jawing back and forth, talking heavy trash. This goes on for almost a minute before Vukota comes forward with a knee lift, taking Vice down. He goes to start with right hands, but Vice pulls him by the trunks out of the ring. Vice goes out after him. He and Vukota begin to exchange right hands. Vice wins out with a rake to the eyes. He goes low and drives Vukota back into the ringpost. He scoops him up and slams him down, then drops a leg. Vice takes Vukota and slides him in. Vukota's up. He waits for Vice, then kicks him in the stomach. He takes him and throws him into the ropes. Vukota charges after him and hits a diving forearm. He goes to pick up Vukota, but Vice hits him with a blatant low blow. The ref doesn't see it.)
Eddie: Hold up. Did Vice just hit Vukota with a low blow? Wasn't that what he was complaining about last time they fought?
(Vice takes Vukota up and nails a DDT. Cover, 1….2…kick out. Vukota is up and the two grapple. Vukota with a go behind. Vice can't get loose. Vukota drives him toward the corner. Vice lifts a leg and hits him with another low blow! This time, he covers right away. The ref goes to count as Vice puts his feet up on the top rope for added and illegal leverage, 1…..2….3.)
Rick: Vice picks up the win here at WR. That evens the two up.
Eddie: Vice showed me something there. He's a good cheater.
Rick: All right, next up, we've Snoop and Morbius trying to get their revenge against the Overlords.
(Snoop and Morbius come out to little fan reaction. Then, Surge and Claymore come down to ringside. They enter the ring and the bell sounds with Surge and Morbius starting things off. Morbius comes forward with a knee lift, but Surge falls back and hits him with a drop toehold. He holds Morbius down as he tags Claymore. Claymore comes in and kicks the man in the face. He takes Morbius up and he and Surge execute a double powerbomb. Claymore picks the man up as Surge leaves the ring. He throws Morbius into the ropes and hits him with a powerslam on the way back. Claymore walks over to Surge and tags him. The two men enter the ring. They stomp Morbius down. Then, lifting him up, they toss him into the ropes. Surge moves forward and backbody drops Morbius over. Claymore is right behind him and takes the airborne Morbius and drives him down with a huge powerbomb. Morbius is out. Surge falls back and covers as Claymore cuts off the still very fresh Snoop, 1…..2…..3.)
(Surge and Claymore are laughing in the middle of the ring when two guys come out of the crowd and slide into the ring. It's Rob Bastard and Timmy Infection. Bastard and Infection are brawling with Surge and Claymore. Snoop is helping the Def Squad! The three men take the advantage and start really pounding on the Overlords. Once Surge and Claymore bail out of the ring, Bastard and Infection look at each other, then together hit Snoop. They take him and toss him out of the ring. Infection calls for the mic as Bastard stands on Morbius.)
Infection: Just so all of you know, Rob and I were told that we would be the ones fighting the Overlords tonight!
(He tosses the mic to Bastard.)
Bastard: That's right, bra! And now the soda and the sword come out here and think they're so great! Well, take a look at the carnage we've caused, brother!
(He drops the mic and he and Timmy exchange a high five before leaving.)
Rick: Eddie, I really can't wait to see the Def Squad go up against the Overlords. That's going to be a terrific matchup.
Eddie: Okay, what's next?
Rick: Buzz Tyler has a few things to say.
(Buzz's music plays and he comes out alone. He comes down to the ring and gets a hand on the mic.)
Buzz Tyler: Ok you stupid bunch of fans shut up and listen to the man that will lead the NeWA into the new Millenium. Buzz Tyler is sick and tired of all of the stupid politics involved in wrestling. He figures that he should just be able to come out, kick some ass, and that is it, because Buzz Tyler is not an ass kisser he doesn't get what he deserves. Buzz Tyler is the best damn wrestler the NeWA has ever seen, not only IWA but the entire NeWA. Buzz Tyler cannot be beat for the 1..2..3!!! Now, as for a personal matter, Neurosis, you cost me MY NeWA Hardcore Title when you gave Grandpa Tyrone Walker that metal pole, now you are going to pay for it. You are now numero uno, that is number one for all of you ignorant people out there, on my hit list. And believe me that is the worst place you could be. Buzz Tyler plans on kicking your ass and kicking it for as long as I feel like it, and once I do, I will walk away the new IWA International Champion. I guess what I am saying is I want a piece of you Neurosis, now don't be a little pussy and hide behind Vincent. Come out and fight like a man, and we will see who the real champion should be. Am I allowed to say Pussy on T.V.??? But the bottom line is this, Buzz Tyler is pissed off and now everyone, and I mean everyone will pay for the dirty deeds of the likes of Don Owens, Walker, and Neurosis. You will all feel my pain.
(He drops the mic and walks back up the aisle to a small chorus of boos.)
Eddie: What an idiot.
Rick: Buzz Tyler has some interesting comments there. But now we've got Tanis going up against the Boog-man.
Eddie: Let's get to it.
(Boog comes out first to a good sized pop. Then the new Nighthawk theme plays as Tanis appears in the entry way. He comes down to the ring. The bell sounds as Tanis and Boog circle each other. They lock up, and Tanis locks on a full arm dragon twist. Boog rolls to the mat, then takes his legs and trips Tanis down. Tanis holds onto the arm, however, and locks on a cross armbreaker. Boog brings his hands together, and Tanis breaks the hold. He and Boog get up and lock up again. This time, Tanis overpowers him and sends him back into the corner. Tanis goes forward and starts with chest chops. He's choking Boog-man out until the ref forces him off. Boog comes forward and finds himself in a side headlock. He's in it for awhile, until he hits a belly-to-back suplex on Tanis. The Boog-man starts with right hands on the downed Tanis as the crowd cheers him. Tanis forces him off and gets to his feet. Boog swings with a right hand, but Tanis catches it, then executes a mini-chokeslam. He picks up Boog and lifts him up, then down into a brainbuster. He covers arrogantly with one hand, 1…shoulder up. Tanis picks up the Boog-man by the hair and throws him into the ropes. Boog ducks a lariat, then moonsaults off the opposite ropes. But Tanis catches him in midair. He carries him to the middle of the ring and then drops him very hard with an over-the-shoulder piledriver.)
Eddie: What a devastatng move by Tanis.
Rick: Like him or not, he's still one of the best performers the IWA has.
(Instead of going for a cover, Tanis arrogantly paces around the ring, taunting the fans. They violently react to his taunts with boos. Boog stumbles to his feet and comes over to Tanis. They lock up again. Boog finally takes control with a knee to the midsection. He lifts up Tanis and hits a vertical suplex. Boog runs over to the ropes and bounces off to drop the elbow. It's his finisher, the E.O.A.! Tanis, however, rolls out of the way. He's up. Taking Boog halfway up, Tanis knees Boog right in the face. He starts with stomps. Finally Tanis goes for the Hawk's Talon. But Boog struggles and gets his leg free. He kicks Tanis in the knee to slow him down. Boog quickly gets to his feet and hits a swinging neckbreaker. The Boog-man takes Tanis up and throws him into the ropes. He leapfrogs, then goes back after him and hits a dropkick, sending Tanis to the outside. Boog doesn't even slow down, he bounces off the opposite ropes and jumps over the top rope for a plancha. But again, Tanis moves and Boog hits nothing but the hard mat on the outside. He's hurt. Tanis takes the man and rolls him into the ring. He comes over to him and takes one leg. Much of the crowd stands in anticipation of the Hawk's Talon, but Tanis kicks the man in the groin instead. He laughs. Then he takes the Boog-man and picks him up. It's a jumping piledriver. The crowd is standing and looking at the entry way now.)
Rick: It's Impulse!
(Impulse walks down to ringside as Tanis watches him. Boog is still hurt. Tanis takes him up and shoves his head inbetween his legs. He points at Impulse. Then Tanis lifts him up and delivers a powerbomb onto the top turnbuckle!)
Eddie: Oh, what a move from Tanis! Could snap Boog's neck right in half with something like that.
(Impulse claps sarcastically. Tanis drags Boog to the middle of the ring. He's going for the Hawk's Talon right here. But Impulse is up on the apron. The ref goes over to him. Here comes Buck Smith and Rick Evans out of the crowd. They slide into the ring. They take Tanis and hit him with right hands. Impulse throws a pair of brass knuckles over the ref's head and Evans takes them and hits Tanis' face over and over. But the ref turns around and sees what's going on. He immediately throws the match out.)
(Rick Evans and Buck Smith continue the beating as Impulse throws the ref out of the ring. They slide the still hurt Boog-man on top of Tanis. Impluse plays referee and counts, 1…..2….3.)
Rick: Here comes Element.
Eddie: Yep, and Dan Benson.
Rick: Hey, here comes Maximium Carnage too. What chaos!
(All eight men are in the ring with Boog and Tanis still down. Impulse and Element immediately start brawling, and Dan Benson helps out with kicks and punches. The Rebels are cutting off Maximium Carnage and the fight is on. A referee runs to the ring and slides in. He calls for the bell.)
Eddie: Aww…..no ring announcer? No cool intros.
Rick: Just a world title match! Here we go!
(Impulse starts retreating toward the back at a quick jog. Element and Dan Benson help out Tanis and Boog stumbles out of the ring and up the aisle as well. In the ring, all four men are brawling until the ref powders them out and it's Rick Evans and Lord Maximus. Rick takes him down with a headbutt. He drops an elbow, then walks over and tags Buck. Lord tags Mount Maximus and the two new men collide in the middle of the ring. Mount is taken down by Buck Smith with a lariat. Then Smith goes over and hits Lord. He comes back in time to kick Mount in the face as he's getting up. Buck Smith takes him up and DDTs him. Buck goes over and tags Rick. Evans is in and the two hit several stomps on Mount. They have him up and hit a double suplex.)
Eddie: You know, Rick, these two teams have a long history. Back in the old NAW promotion, they met several times. And guess what?
Rick: What?
Eddie: The Rebels won every time.
(Buck leaves the ring as Rick stays on the offense. He hits another headbutt, sending Mount crashing back to the mat. Smith goes to pick him up, but Mount rakes his eyes. Then he hits a vicious uppercut. Mount goes over to his partner and makes a tag. Lord charges in and nails Smith with a right hand. Rick tries to come in, but Lord hits him before he even sets both feet in the ring. But as Lord Maximus turns back toward Buck Smith, he gets KOed with a lariat. Smith tags in Evans. The two go right back to work with vicious, angry stomps.)
Eddie: What a team these two are.
(Evans is in the ring alone again. He throws Lord into the ropes, then runs at him and hits a flying forearm. Rick Evans goes over to Mount and taunts him. Mount tries to get in the ring, but the ref stops him. This allows Buck Smith to illegally enter. Together, the two men execute a spike piledriver with Buck leaping off the second turnbuckle. Smith goes over to Mount Maximus and starts beating on him as Evans takes Lord up. He sets it up and it's the Deadly Fall. He hooks the leg, 1….2….3.)
Rick: Easy win for the Rebels here tonight.
Eddie: I'm telling you, Rick, Maximium Carnage will never beat these guys. It's just one of those matchup things.
Rick: Fans, we're out of time. But, before we let you go, I'd be remiss if I didn't remind you about our next pay-per-view show. It'll be called Spring Massacre and it's coming up on April 24th. Should be a terrific event. And Rush is coming this Monday. We expect another great show.
(The Rebels leave the ring with their belts as the copyright laws roll. The scene fades to black.)
