  11. Neither. In fact it isn't rotating at all. It is really just an optical illusion created using computer animation. Or, more simply put: a finely placed series of images that make it seem like it's rotating. (They just get crunched together one way and then decompressed in reverse. Yet they don't move in any particular sequence.)

  12. The prisoner is the visitor's son. If the prisoner has no brothers or sisters, and he is obviously his father's son, he must be his father's only son. And if "that man's father is my father's son", and I am the only son of my father, then I would be the father of that man.
