I by no means condone munchkins. This page is my protest against it. Please mail me if you know of any other tricks for AD&D.
Firstly The invincibility cheat, by Lekk from #AD&D on IRC. To become unhittable you first need a suit of armor that can be removed in pieces(leather works best). Put it on, you will have Armor Class 9(not incl dex bonus).Take off the left arm guard, the left arm has an AC of 10 now except that it is a called shot and has AC of 8 cos of that. Do that to the right arm guard, then to each piece of armor, you now have an AC of 8 all over. Put the armor on to get AC of 7. Repeat as much as you want.
The second trick for AD&D is very simple,but scarily effective. In a 3rd level start campaign, take a psionicist and make sure he gets Dimension Blade and Agitate Molecules. Oh dear, fighter in plate mail? You have an AC of 14 against me(or is it 12 i'm not sure). Oh dear, mage? I use agitate molecules, mage can't spell!!
