Note: I don't need mail about vampire/lawyer comparisons

Firstly, and very importand do not let anyone play an abomination (werewolf vampire) they are very sick.Hell for that matter forget letting anyone play a werewolf

Secondly if anyone mentions the word "Elysium", shoot them! The player, not the character.

Thirdly, do not let a starting char have more than one (or possibly 2) abilities at 5. And make the player give background reasons for Abilities at either 4 or 5(must be good reasons).
