Hint:
When your climbing a rope, try to keep going up even if it looks as
though there's nowhere to go. You can find lots of secret rooms containing
power-ups and special weapons this way, and if you're on a rope beside
a wall, try jumping into the wall. There are several places where you can
find a shortcut through a stage, avoiding plenty of places where you might
take a hit.
