Full Speed & Full Shields:
Pause the game and press B, B, B, B, B, A, A, A, A and A.
Bonus Stage Locations:
In Level 1-2 after you kill the second starship, go to the top of the
screen and destroy the Coda. Move yourself into its debris, and you'll
warp into a bonus stage, then on to Level 3. In Level 4, fight your way
to the sixth Re-Bone. Once you defeat hime and the other small fluttering
enemy, go to the bottom of the screen and edge your way to the mechanical
wall to the left for another bonus stage.
