Level Select
When the words "Start" and "Options" appear on the title screen, simultaneously
press and hold A + B + C then press Right or Left to choose your starting
level.
Test Mode
At the Sega screen, press A + C + Start on Controller Two. A voice
will confirm this part of the code. At the title screen, press A + B +
C + Start on Controller One. If all went well, you'll enter a test screen
straight out of the arcade version.
