Extra Continues
At the Title screen, press X, Y, B, A, X, A, B, Y, UP, R for nine extra
continues.
Level Select
At the Start/Options screen, press D, A, D, Y, D, A, D, Y, and you
should hear a noise. While playing, pause the game, and press UP, X, DOWN,
B, LEFT, Y, RIGHT, A, L, R. Then, press SELECT to skip to the next stage,
or, after doing that, when the Bonus Point screen appears, hold R to get
a level select.
