Its just a suped-up version of civilization II. It has all of the same old stuff, but it also comes with tons of scenarios and an editor so you no longer need to hack the files by hand to make your own units. The game isn't speed intensive, especially if all uou really care about is the gameplay. Overall, if you want a global, turn-based strategy game, go ahead and try this one out even if you barely meet the requirements
