Rememberances and Memories...... | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
I remember Steve smiling and stopping to talk while carrying an armload of books in the halls of NHS. His good-natured personality and ready smile warmed those in his presence and made them feel genuinely engaged with him. I was saddened when I saw his name on the Memoriam Page. Keith Shaver '65 |

This happy go-lucky man, with engaging blue eyes and wonderful sense of humor is my older brother. Today April 6, is his birthday. He was the 2nd of 6 children and my big brother. I have fond memories of him when we lived in Japan all the girls my age thought he was the most handsome guy. It was so wonderful when he was in his band and traveling with his friends playing. We were all so sorry to lose him when he had done so much to change his life. He very proudly served our country. I remember you here today my dear Brother, and miss you like it was just yesterday that we were riding in your red convertible with the top down and the music playing. Linda Skeen Williams - sister |
