It is fine in Japan though the rainy season has set in. I have nothing to write.
We are living peacefully. However, teens hasten to get through a prearranged course of action in their standard life; a working girl mumbling away to herself without a murmur, "I must not back away, I must not back away, I must not back away, ..., I must not back away" (Japanese word: Nige-cha Dameda, Nige-cha Dameda, Nige-cha Dameda, ..., Nige-cha Dameda).
Regular TV programs will be broadcast instead in Japan if a professional baseball game between Tokyo Yomiuri Giants and another team is called off on account of rain. If one of them is a TV animation, a content may be broadcast seven days before schedule. Then the content may not be published yet; for example, Rurouni Kenshin.
The content to be broadcast on July 2nd is to be published on July 4th. A direct confrontation between Born Swordsman Soujirou (Japanese word: Ten-ken No Soujirou) and Kenshin was to be broadcast on July 9th originally.
The Central Council for Education (Japanese abbreviation: Chu Kyo Shin) published a second report on "Concerning the State of Japanese Education on the Brink of the 21st Century" on June 26th, 1997. In agreement with it, Chiba University, a rather large national university in Japan starts a system that students in the second year of a senior high school can be admitted into Chiba University. There is a boy good at mathematics. He is a freshman at the age of 18. Owing to skipping he is in the first year of a master course at the age of 21. Owing to skipping he receives Ph.D. (Mathematical Science) at the age of 24.
Thereafter he is sworn in as an associate professor of a rural national university at the age of 26. He is promoted to be a professor at the age of 30. He returns home as a professor of his old school at the age of 40. He dies at the age of 55.
Mostly 63 is the retiring age of a faculty member in a national university in Japan. On the other hand 70 is the retiring age in a private university.
A young person at present will be married at the age of 20 without the abandonment of its status in university. A young person will have two children before it is divorced at the age of 30. Then it will provide for its old age. It shows a kind of life planning on the assumption that a person dies at the age of 50.
However the generation in their late thirties at present that created Neon Genesis Evangelion are also called the moratorium generation. Most of them are not married. They live as slow as possible because they assume that they die at the age of 100, so that the Director of Traffic Division, Bokuto Station tells a school boy of tanks used at the Korean War on the roof of Special Observatory of Tokyo Tower, where a wind blows at thirty meters a second.
Mr. Shouji Toukairin who is going to rescue the Director is a mountain rescuer sent from the Toyama Prefectural Police Headquarters. Toukairin's character voice is Mr. Tomokazu Seki, who is one of voice actors that I have seen with my own eyes.
