Which one is it!?!?

Let me explain. Mal and Kunzite are the same really nifty, totally awesome person. Except that Kunzite came first, and Mal is really only Kunzite's English counterpart. But I'll always like Mal's name better...It rings off the tongue much better than Kunzite. But I digress.

Let me explain even more (AND YES, I will stay on the subject this time!). For those Sailor Moon fans out there, think the fourth Negaverse general. For those of you who are less enlightened, Mal is a villain in an anime called Sailor Moon. He belongs to the first group of villains the Sailor Senshi have to fight. The Negaverse! Led by...

None other than...

Yep, you guessed it...Queen Beryl!

Beryl sent four of her best generals (of which Mal was the very best!) to Earth to accomplish various tasks. Unfortunatly for the first three generals, they all failed in some way. And what's more, all the first three generals managed to get killed by Beryl. So all that was left was Mal. And he was sent to Earth and given the task of finding the Moon Princess (Sailor Moon of course!) and the Empryrian Silver Crystal. ( What a goofy name. ) Unfortunatly, on his way, Mal happened to meet the Sailor Senshi.

I guess when episode 44 came around, it really wasn't Mal's day!

By a freak chance, the same kind of freak luck that makes people like Miaka attractive to guys, Sailor Moon was able to hit, and kill, Mal with his own purple boomerang thingie!

And the world is saddened by the loss of a really nifty character.

BUT WE'RE WATING FOR A COMEBACK! (Hey, it could happen!)

TOP FIVE REASONS WHY MAL IS THE COOLEST SAILOR MOON CHARACTER!

1. THE HAIR!!!!! Bow down and worship you dogs because no one can even come close! Hey, Priya, why is it that the villains ALWAYS have the best hair? It's a law, I think. Or maybe to be a villain you have to pass some sort of "hair test."

2. THE CAPE! Only Mal and Tuxie Boy get capes!

3. HE HAS A BOY/GIRLFRIEND! You see, this one needs explaining...

Mal, in the DIC subbed version is in love with another of the generals, Zoicite, who is a rather masculine looking woman. Kunzite, in the original Japanese version, is in love with another of his fellow generals, Zoicite, who is a rather feminine looking man! Takes cross-dressing to new heights, don't it!

4. THE NAME!!! Malachite...Malachite...Malachite...

And last but not least, I think we might have forgotten to mention...

THE HAIR!!!!!
